I give Marty and Jeff ALL the credit for the dinette that was the original. They did a great job (as you well know!). I sold that Bobcat in 2013 and did all the camping in an Argosy 20'. My wife and I found we missed the Bobcat (seller's remorse) and were about to go the route of building out a Bobcat shell when the Eagle landed.

As for the table mount, I did not cut the mount under the table and I will get pics here soon. The table is small enough that I placed the table mount running side to side rather than fore and aft and it seems quite stable. When the table is down between the seat boxes to make a 'bed' (cot, really), I have to be very specific in how the arm is placed to get the mount and arm to store under the table. It can be done, however.

Frank, the flooring is a vinyl click together product. It doesn't seem as stable as the laminate even with rolling the seams down with a roller. I'll see if it holds up.

Here are some table pics. The table is 19" X 26.5" with a 4.5" X 5/8" notch cut in the back to clear the mount plate when the table is down. The wall mount plate was cut to 5-3/4", holes redrilled, and bolts run through the wall of the camper. I put 1/2" ply on the camper side after I removed the carpet there and that can be seen under the mounting plate. Better base for screws and bolts than carpet. The post I cut to 12-3/4" length. By mounting the plate on the table 'sideways' I was able to make the table less intrusive into the space in front of the sink/stove, etc. Mounting the plate lengthwise would have made the table about 22" instead of 19". Important? Maybe not.
