Stew, I believe China Garden Spring is up canyon from Darwin Falls to the west of Panamint Springs. It can be reach either by driving up the road from the falls parking area or driving down from Darwin.

Yes, Ski3Pin has it right. It's a nice little hideaway not too far from the 190. We stayed here late one night before heading to the hotsprings the next day.
