Total weight is different for everybody. Go to a scale and get a weight.
Water weight is 8 lbs per gallon.
I have to put my truck on a diet because of gear and battery bank.

1988 F-250 Lariat extended cab, 8' bed 4x4, 460 cu in, weighed in at 6,400 lbs with the camper shell on which approximates my missing passenger and all the stuff I carry in the rear seating area.
My December 1976 8' CO has a factory sticker from Alaskan in Sun Valley, CA that says 1450lbs s fitted out:
I figure add another 250 lbs of food, gear and other stuff...
Add 'em up and it gets to about 7,900 lbs +/- the weight of that "stuff" I carry.

Wow. You're very close to the GVWR of that 1-ton. I'm guessing you have a 10800 or 11400 GVWR.
