We purchased a 2002 Hallmark UTE last summer and overall it is in very good condition. We have used it a fair amount, even through the winter and are really happy with it.
As the weather here is warming up and we will be using it alot in coming months I want to keep it in as good of condition that it is in now.
i have sent the questions to hallmark but I've yet to get any response so I figured I'd try here
Starting with the roof first.
What type of cleaner should I be using on the rubber roof?
Should I be using a sealer after cleaning and if so what type?
How often should I be doing this?
Its stored outside but i cover it with a heavy tarp to keep as much sun/rain off of it as possible.
I'm also planning on going around and replacing the sealant around the roof vents as it seems as though its getting very hard and needs to be replaced.
What brand(s) of sealant should I use on the rubber roof?
Also I'm going to go around the entire exterior of the camper and reseal all the windows/ storage compartment doors etc.
What sealant would you recommend using there?
