For Sale, 2010 FWC Grandby Shell. Original Owner. Good/clean condition and located in Portland, Oregon.
Reason for selling is that my wife and I rarely use it anymore. We now more frequently use our trailer as a basecamp. Purchased March 2010 direct from factory.

The only negative is that in January, I discovered a small leak near the rear of the camper. Prior to this winter the camper never leaked and this likely occurred in the pasts few months. I took it over to the Portland FWC dealer, 1040 Overland, and they were able to seal the leak. They diagnosed the leak as originating at the rear of the two Yakima Tracks on the roof. They removed the old caulk and the rear screws and reset everything. I recently washed the camper and truck and hit the roof with a substantial amount of water and there are no signs of leakage. There is no discoloration in the headliner. It is only apparent that there was a leak on two of the wooden ceiling strips at the rear and also where some mildew discolored the roof panel over the cabinet and ran down the wall into the closet. I’d be happy to send photos separately of these areas if interested.
