My project undone, is a project opportunity for you....

This 1980 Four Wheel Pop Up camper came to me about 5 years ago as a hopeful rebuild project, but has just ended up as a space taker in my shop, so it's time to let someone else take the helm.

It's a 1980 Grandby, with the original Colorado builder's plate as proof, and though it has had  some modifications made to it during its history, the original "bones" are pretty much all there. Including a fairly rare, original FWC rear awning that may have only ever been unfolded and set up by me when I bought it. the canvas is perfect.

The interior was partly taken apart when I got it, and I have done nothing to it except to clean it. The original upholstery is still intact, the stove is there, the sink, the water tank, the passenger side shelf unit, and the cabover bunk and bench bed are as installed 43 years ago.

The exterior has the original siding, with the exception of the front wall, the propane door is intact and the windows all still function. there is some rotting plywood under the propane cabinet that will need to be addressed, but the rest seems very sound.

It has been modified with what I assume is some kind of jack mounts at the corners. They are integrated into the aluminum frame structure, and appear as though they would be more than adequate to support the camper. It DOES NOT include any jacks, and I would recommend a trailer to haul it until jacks can adapted.

The canvas is original. And it shows the wear you would expect as such. I do know that a new canvas could be had from All Terrain Campers in Sacramento. And interestingly one of the owners there, who was an original employee of the first iteration of FWC in Colorado thinks he probably built this camper.

As an older camper, the bed width needed would have to be from prior to 1994 (roughly), though it can be modified as desired to fit whatever you want.

I do also have original paperwork with the camper (brochure, warranty, etc) that I will include with the purchase.

Asking $750 for this classic, but will consider reasonable offers.
