We have just discovered our new favorite coffee roaster.  If you’re ever in Maupin, OR, on the banks of the Descutes River, stop in at Bold.  They are a small batch roaster that roasts and ships daily. You can also sign up for subscription services.

Looks like some good stuff. I was just thinking about a coast trip, get the dog out of town for News Years Eve but everything is booked up (what I get for waiting for the last minute). Maupin is just a bit far for an overnighter though

Nice to Maupin make the news! Our town has just over 500 people and two coffee roasters!

 

The other coffee roaster is Holy Roasters in the log cabin on Highway 197, on the north side of town. https://holyroasterscoffeecompany.com/ The "Blonde" roast is my favorite!

Craig, I think you’re going to be pleased with the sampler.  We’ve partaken of three roasts, and all were outstanding!  Still have the two pounds of Sumatran waiting in the wings.
