Winter storm, snowing pretty good. I could go out and shovel the driveway.... Maybe I'll wait and see if the sun comes out tomorrow and does it for me.

Patrick, how did waiting for the sun and snow removal work for you? That kind of attitude doesn't work around here.

Towing a travel trailer has made me a WEATHER WIMP!
Yes, me! I pride myself on decades of experience safely driving in snow...including in my car when snowing hard and through deep snow in my truck. Certainly never bothered by high winds.
But now, towing my 19-foot travel trailer, I'm having to think about my planned route home: through Albuquerque, Flagstaff, Las Vegas, Tonopah, Austin, Winnemucca -- with high wind warnings and/or snow forecast along that route.
I'm in eastern New Mexico, near I-40, tonight, and I think my best bet -- for the wind at least -- is to drive as far west as I can tomorrow.
I'm not really on a schedule, so I could just hunker down somewhere if conditions for trailer towing are bad... We'll see.

Ski it would have worked waiting. I could not wait and did it with a snow shovels especially on the north surfaces. The sun was out and the 6 inches went pretty fast.
Oh spring, don't like the current weather, just wait and it will change.

The dogwood is blooming and the aspen tree is leafing out. It is spring here at home.
