I'm in the market for a camper for our 2003 Tundra Access cab, and like most it seems we're interested in the FWC Hawk and Eagle or the ATC Ocelot. Like most $$$ matters and the price of a new camper and some used just are not feasible within our budget ($5-7k) what we'd like to pay ($3-4K) you know so we could afford take a few trips this summer!
However great this website is i've found it difficult to find information on other brands maybe lesser maybe not. The intent of ownership in my opinion is most often the same getting out and enjoying, not necessarily the brand of your camper. So we've looked at the NORTHSTAR, Lite CRAFT CAMPER, HALLMARK, STARCRAFT etc. and for a budget minded perspective it's very tempting, especially used but i'd like to hear from others to avoid pitfalls.

There was a similar thread last month. Most was speculation on our parts since most don't have first hand experience with the rigs but a few did and posted up: http://www.wanderthe...hp?/topic/2927/

I bought my 1988 Northstar 800 off Ebay out of Sioux Falls SD for $2500. I got it last Fall and have used it all winter snowmobiling. It has been a great camper!!!
