I'm finally joining in on the forum to help answer questions if I can.
I will be popping in from time to time on the boards.
We are really busy, so I might not have time to reply back to all postings right away, but I will do my best to answers questions, add pics and comments, etc. --- as much as a I can & as soon as I can.
If you have questions and need a faster reply, you might want to call us here at the factory durning business hours. Its toll free 800-242-1442.
You can ask for Stan in Sales or Chicali in Service.
We would be glad to help in any way we can !

Glad to see you two here. I can't say enough nice things about Stan. I've delt with Stan over the years and is a super person to deal with. Welcome aboard and you two will add great tech answers that pop up.

I want to say thanks to Chicali for all the help he gave me in installing the heater in my camper. His advise and willingness to listen made the whole installation go very well. Having the camper prewired for all the extras was a great idea on the part of FWC and saved me a lot of time once I got the frig. out. Couldn't have installed it (especially run the gas line) with the frig. in.
Thanks to the whole FWC crew.
