Are these symbols on the battery significant?

EDIT - why would I tell you guys something that I wouldn't tell my wife?
Guess I need therapy or brain stimulating fluids.

Installed a new battery in the camper.

Using a flashlight and poor eyesight can lead to wiring errors.
But, I knew when everything worked except the florescent light that "polarity" might be a clue. I just could not believe that I could do mix up two wires.

Hmmm. I might know somebody else that did that once. Made quite a spark. Didn't just blow the fuse, melted it and the fuse holder. Or so I heard. :rolleyes:
