My current project is 2005 E-350 getting the full CCV treatment
4wd conversion
Pop Top
interior build out.
The first stage is the 4wd conversion using 08 superduty components including both front and rear axles. Here are some pics. I will try to keep them updated every few days.
This how I received the van
front end gutted and ready for the conversion
new superduty rear axle installed
new superduty front axle installed
frame notched with flange reversed and welded up
control arm brackets (no welding to the frame required)

interior gutted and ready to become a poptop

At this point I prefer the (before) interior shot over the gutted version. Excited to see this thing get rebuilt.

Where'd you source your front axle and components from? If you don't mind me asking, what did it set you back?

Yes poptop with a 4wd conversion.
4wd conversion includes new front and rear axles out of an 08 or newer super duty.
