i just finished with what i hope is a great accessory. i pulled out the fridge(dead weight ,never comming back to life) and made an outside firewood access. it will have a set of inside cabinet doors as well.the out side panel locks. i used the shell of an old washing machine for the outer cover with a plywood backing and piano hinge.for the lock ,i used a drawer type lock that was lying around in my junk buckets. on my 10ft nco i have room for firewood beside the camper in truck bed ,but on this one ,there isn't room due to potty space on one side.also on a side note, i'm finally close to finished with full front rebuild of the cabover portion.after that ,everything else will seem easy to fix although there is still some rot at bottom of outer shell sides.i also have an idea for roof sag--- i bought some 6ft aluminum strips at lowes that are 1 and 1/2 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick. i'm going to screw them to the sides of the long center 2x2's to take out the sag. the interior roof panel is needing replacing anyway.that should shore up the slight roof sag.
