My wife as a surprise 25th anniversary present bought the Thermal Pack (new name for the Arctic Pack) for the Hawk that we bought a few months ago. I had been using some rolls of Reflectrix that I bought at Home Depot which actually worked very well except that once up the windows weren't usable and it was a little bit of a hassle putting them up and down but I was happy with it for now. Anyway my question is for those of you who bought this from the factory I'm really curious how it's installed in the corners and on the lift panels.

FWC sent  2 long 1" wide velcro strips to mate with the bottom of the Thermal Pack. I installed most of these on the bottom to match the ones on the top that came with the camper. That was pretty straight forward but I wasn't sure what to do with the excess length of the panels as they have enough length to wrap around the corners and onto or behind the lift panels.

Any pictures out there of a factory installation or any words of wisdom?

Thanks

We send the ends of the arctic pac behind the lift panels. They just go in a short ways.

Yep, I just tuck them in behind the lift panels.

Also leave them installed full-time as they will keep the cold out in winter and much of the heat out in summer.

Just finished out maiden voyage and was really surprised how much the arctic pack kept the heat out! I thought it was great and really should be standard on all the campers IMO. The only issue I found was that condensation would build in between the vinyl and arctic pack. Just curious which way anyone installed their arctic pack? Mine had been installed so you roll up the arctic pack to open it by the PO, the only other one I have seen was installed so you roll it down to open like the rest of the windows.

Mine was installed by the factory when I bought the camper.  The windows roll down like the rest.  And like others said, keep it on all the time.  I haven't seen any condensation issues but that could be I'm in a dryer climate.
