Newly van-less climber/skiers looking for a new home away from home. We'd like to spend around or under $2000, so a bit of a project is fine but hoping for better than a total basket case. Just missed out on one in the Redding area; they don't seem to be the easiest to come by. In Lake Tahoe but willing to travel anywhere from SoCal to the Pacific Northwest and Colorado/Utah for the right deal.
