Innov 8' Pop-up Camper Build

Built from 16ga steel (0.82lbs per ft) 3/4" x 1.5" frame, clad with Alumanate 1/8" Aluminium composite material. Base frame weight with cladding 450lbs.
Follow my build process as I finish the frame and build out the interior, including electrics, solar, starlink, windows, doors, sewing the poptop marine vinyl, welding the frame and roof rack, fabricating mounting points etc.
