The old camper took me on some pretty great adventures through 2020.

Wanted to drop in and give a small update on the camper.

Use has really gone down since family life, but such is life, not good nor bad. Have been thinking about selling or renting out the camper, figured once I get around to using it a lot again, Ill need something bigger for more kiddos.  Diesel flatbed granby maybe or 4x4 sprinter are two dreams, full expedition truck after that :)

In the mean time I still very much enjoy reporting on the camper. I put together a full FAQ about some of the aspects of the camper and truck. https://www.tgmorrissey.com/camper-faq

Let me know if you have any additionally questions you think I should respond to and add.

Also, for all my long time viewers on this thread, I have some stickers that I want to use up so I can have an excuse to get a new batch (winter edition). Shot me a note if you want a sticker and I am happy to drop one in the mail to you.

Tim,

No one regrets spending too much time with family. My "camping life" is now living 6 months traveling in our Class A DP (Winter Texans) and only 6 months back in Colorado, but even then we are camping here with kids and grandkids. Needless to say work on my Jeep/Granby is now only an occasional hobby. I keep your build as a go-to reference.

Good luck and safe travels.

Boonie

Sounds like you are still living the good life yourself! Keep it up!

The four wheel camper is a great base camp for those weekday ski days.

Wow Tim I like your post especially the Table of Contents on the first page.

I'm going to incorporate that in my post. Bringing back your camper was really a

p-r-o-j-e-c-t... And you have done a fantastic job with it.

We took the camper out for the first time this year. Might be the only time, family is growing mid summer so likely won't get out that much.

Awesome camper!

Hoping to get something like it for my young family.

- Having a hard time tracking down specifications on older campers (I've got an '81 longbed Toyota Pickup - 88" bed and ~42" wide between wheel wells ... long and narrow).

Your older Fleet looks like it could be a match, do you have the specs on the floor of the camper (the part that slides in)?  ... I tried to find it in your write-up, but didn't check all 40 pages.

Thanks!
