I have a set of Torklift that we're on my '06 F-350 but will fit other model/years as well.
The fronts are F2011 and the rears are F3004. You can go to www.torklift.com to see if they will fit your application.
I only had these for six months before I bought our new F-350 so these are virtually brand new. They cost about $600 and I will let them go for $300 shipped in the CONUS.
