Just a shot in the dark. I'm restoring a 1979 Grandby and the door is shot. The previous owner really buggered up the door's aluminum extrusion by driving 2x4 wood into it. If anyone has or knows of someone with an old door laying around, I'd appreciate the lead. I just need the aluminum extrusions,

I'd give ATC a call. They work on older FWC campers an can probably refer you to a source.

I have a door from an 80s Fleet. Measure yours and I can compare the two. If they are the same you can have mine. I have been saving it in case someone needed a door. I am in Chico CA.

Is your door pretty beat? The reason I ask, I only need the aluminum extrusions that form the frame of the door.  I'd hate to tear down a good door just for the frame. Rather see someone in need of a good door get it. I'll get the measurements today. On a better note, I have salvaged what I have now to make it workable. Still would like to make it right though.

My door is not too bad. It is just sitting in my garage waiting for someone who needs it. If you still need a door let me know.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away in Canada with no internet. I'm on the east coast so shipping the whole door would be too costly. If you would be willing to just send me the aluminum extrusions, I'd be interested. Thanks, Ron

I've been to this RV salvage yard before.  They literally have a barn full of door.  Get your measurments and give them a call if you want.

I just rebuilt my door too, but my frame was a fine shape:)
