How do you reply to an individual in a topic thread?

If you only want that member to receive it, a private message is your only option.

If so, you do that by clicking on the Quote button on the lower right in that individual's post.  That puts it in your Reply window at the bottom of your page and you can then edit in your reply text. Your text can go in the box containing the individual's quoted text or outside the box as I show below.

 

ALSO-  You can create a reply to multiple posts by clicking on the MultiQuote button in each of the individual posts.  After you select the ones you want to reply to they will all appear in your Reply window at the bottom of your page.
