Desert sunsets and my best friend. A few boating photos are in that sub-forum.

I love when the clouds do that deep pink/red thing. I get those same ones to the northwest of my house some evenings. If I take a photo of it, it looks about half as awesome in the photo as in person.

Your dog looks hot! Was it good and warm up there?

I don't think he was hot. Especially with both windows open he just loves lazing on the bunk.

And I know what you are saying about photo vs for real - sometimes the air seems to hold the color, my sister and I call it "glowy",  and that is hard to capture in a photo.

Very nice! You have to love the Sierra Wave at sunset. We could spend a lifetime watching sunsets. Your photos capture beauty and a sense of peace, especially with your best friend. The Mono Basin is a treasure. Thanks for taking us there. :)

I was just joking, seeing the photo of your buddy with his tongue out about 5 inches. I'm sure he was just out running around and wearing himself out.

Oh. I guess you were talking about the photo of him on the road. Yes, he runs and runs and runs and then he sleeps on the bunk. It was cloudy so not as hot as it can be out there.
