Going to check out a 2002 outfitter caribou and hoping for some help on valuation. The camper has been owned by the current owner for 3 years but never used. It does need some TLC, haven't looked at it yet so can't say for sure what. haven't been able to find any previous sales of a similar year outfitter so any help is welcomed.

I think that should pretty much cover it, sorry about the owner supplied photos. Can't tell but it looks like there might be cabover sag. Not sure how as these are supposed to be aluminum-framed.
