Recently removed my Atwood furnace and replaced with a diesel heater on the outside. Still in very good condition. I would say it was used a couple of times per year during cold nights. You will need to purchase an outside plate for the exhaust but otherwise all complete with labels for wiring to 12v power, thermostat and removed copper gas line with flare connects. It was a very easy uninstall and would estimate the installation would be just as simple. Asking: $165.00, location Irvine, CA.
