I don't think I'll try it but I'll happily eat it if someone else cooks!

Leave out the eggs, bacon, & sausage. Use beef instead. Cows are vegetarians.  :P

If Cowboy Kent dropped down from heaven into our campsite one morning while I was enjoying my cup of coffee and cooked up a dutch oven full of that Mountain Man breakfast, I do believe I'd eat a plate full. Maybe two. :)

If only you knew someone that is happiest when doing food prep and cooking for friends. Oh wait, you do! I'm on it. Recipe downloaded.

Oh, would love to try it. You should try my favorite pear salad recipe which is the perfect blend of refreshing and hearty flavors, ideal for a mountain getaway. The crispness of the fresh pears combined with the crunch of the nuts and the tanginess of the vinaigrette creates a harmonious symphony of tastes and textures. Plus, it's such a nourishing dish to fuel up after a day of hiking or skiing.
