Mr. Sage, did Fritz bring the striped kitty to you to fashion into a mountain man hat? Are ye headin' to a rendezvous?
There was a fellow here in town who's jack russell found a skunk in the garage, the fight was on, the little dog brought it into the house through the doggie door, and carried his trophy onto the couple's bed to proudly show the missus.

To date, we have not received that particular gift from Fritz. However, Weaselchester (Winchester) the long since deceased springer spaniel was known to appreciate the odeur de mouffette..
