While waiting at the local Les Schwab’s tire shop, I picked up a copy of Canadian Cowboy Country and found this recipe. Made the inaugural pot yesterday, and It is so tasty, as Rodney Crowell would say, “It’s so good it’ll make you come untied.”

I believe I heard there was no leftovers as evidenced by an empty cooking pot. This recipe must have had you and the bride eating like cowboys too!
