Having a few of the guys over as the Mrs is off on a gal vacation. I made up some Cowboy Caviar and found something to grill .... Hillbilly Donuts. Probably one of the worst thing for your body and one of the best things for your mood. To the attached recipe I added a tsp of Red River seasoning, a tablespoon of honey mustard and cheddar cheese. Best done in a smoker but in a grill will work if you have a 'smoke box' for flavor. 325 indirect heat for just under 2 hours.
