[Cpt Davenport]

Smoking a little pork butt today. Injected with an apple cider brine overnight. Applied my signature sweet/spicy dry rub. Now on to the smoke with some alder and cherry wood. Mopping it every 2 hours with a savory basting.

 

All day, low and slow .
