just got the fwc out of the garage and onto the truck. first time after install and it went well. heading to eastern oregon for a week to explore. it's been wet in southwest oregon- looking forward to dry weather. really looking forward to hitting terminal gravity brewing in Enterprise. see ya---------------jw

this trip we are heading northeast and looping back down the gorge. bend, john day towards the wallowas- it's a bit of oregon i haven't seen. hope to get to the southeast on another trip.- jw

you should be on the road now...

we went from portland to la grande , john day, steens, nevada high desert, then 299 back to sac.

every day something really wonderful.

whats it like living in coos bay?

i like coos bay- moved out here for a job ten years ago. plenty of outdoor recreation all year long. not too far from the cities, but far enough. wet winters aren't too bad, but the summer nw winds beat me down. my biggest problem- the pizza is terrible.

got a bread machine?

make pizza dough in that and learn to make your own. sauce is easy.
