Bisleybud, are you considering going into the custom interior building business? Looks like very nice work.
We probably can't afford him. Fine joinery and fine design though, eh?

I'm guessing this isn't the first time you've joined two pieces of wood . . .
Mine saw the light of day for the first time yesterday -- just a few loose ends now (after 8 weeks and about 175 hours of labor). Any guess how long before yours hits the road? I'd like to check it out some time when you get it wrapped up . . . maybe a WTW happy-hour? I'm sure there are a couple other locals we could talk into a cold one some evening.

I see I wasn't thinking of that. I just had the recessed male plug like most of these have in my head. Almost looked like a shower fixture box but I didn't see the hose connection.

I kinda wish I didn't have the left side window in mine so I could have pushed the cabinet all the way up to the front wall like you did.

I am just going with white mica with the same maple trim as I did on the frig top.Only difference is the counter will be 3/4" so the maple reveal will be a little thicker.Thought about something dark and rich looking but want to keep the interior as light and bright as possible.
