I paid $3.59 a gal for unleaded 87 today. Now if it will only drop another buck!

2 miles from the house, gas is $2.95 & heating oil I mean diesel $3.50. I no longer check my milage on trips. It's like gravity, I can't change it so I don't worry about it. Heating oil in the Northeast is around $4.75 per gallon. Before Sandy and when weather was warmer it was $4.25.

I'm resurrecting this. It the last six weeks gas prices at home here rose from $3.49 a gallon for unleaded regular to $4.19. It hurts. On our winter break trip we liked paying $2.77 a gallon in Mesquite, NV.

Last fill up was $3.85 here. Price has gone up really quickly lately.

Our gas and diesel are the same price $1.31.9(cdn) or approximately $4.99 a US gallon. We are outside the Vancouver city limits so do not have the transit tax they have of +/- 15 cents a liter. It getting dam expensive to go anywhere even empty. Our Alaskan only cost about 1 mile per gallon so it will slow us down a little this year.
