Just a quick update for those who care, I ended up with a 2011 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x 4x4. Got a great deal on it so I couldn't pass it up. It will be a great truck for 4 wheeling in the desert, but it has a short bed, so my camper will only really be used for sleeping only. It has a 4.75 ft bed, so even the Falcon (smallest size) will overhang a little bit (negligible amount, I'm sure).
Would the Finch model cause too much overhang? I want to sleep 3 people which may not be possible in the Falcon. I was thinking about getting the shell model to save on cost.
Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks
