The black rub rail around the top of the camper where the popup sits on when down is wearing out. Lots of washboard roads have worn the rub rail down substantially in some areas. The material (vinyl?) Is getting all over the soft side popup and down the sides of the camper. Has anyone experienced this and are there any fixes?

I have the same problem. The aluminum is getting rubbed pretty bad and actually has a hole apperaring.
My Vinyl is black in some areas and won't come off.
I will try and get some pictures.
