Thinking of putting my 2012 ATC Bobcat modified shell up for sale and want to see if there might be some interest.

Looking to do a Class B or Small Class C camper for a little bit more space for the family. Yeah, I know, blasphemy...

It has the following options:
Couch (that turns into the bed). It's located on the drivers side.
Battery
Solar panel
Yakima tracks
Gas struts on front
Handles/footrests to get on roof
3 - 12 volt outlets
4 Reico Titan camper jacks
Dual fantastic fans
Added a small shelf (3 shelves) in the back in the drivers side corner
I built a trunk along the passenger side on top of the first step
I did the window flap awnings mod with the PVC pipe.
I did a reflectix mod for the inside "dead space" to keep the camper warmer/cooler.
Dometic flush toilet (flushes into its own tank)
Would consider selling a dometic/waeco fridge (like engel/arb), but not in the current price.
Would consider selling Olympic wave 3 heater and small 5lb propane tank, but not in the current price.

Would like to get $8500.

Located in Wilmington, NC.

Am on a business trip now, so I don't have any pics at the moment, but if there is some interest I can add a few upon my return.
