It has a 3-way fridge, built in CD player and speakers, queen size bed in cabover sleeper (with optional slide out to make it a King size). Table folds down into a twin size bed. Has a solar panel with charge controller, battery condition gauge, built in charger for when plugged into AC power, and is wired for an A/C unit or ceiling vent fan (not installed however). Water is fed via 12V pump from a 20 gallon tank, drains into a slightly larger grey water tank, and is plumbed for a hot water heater (with both water and propane lines) however there is not one installed. The front window slides open to allow access to the cab of your pickup if so desired. There are many windows throughout and all screens are intact as well as the screen door.
This unit has been well maintained and is very clean. The interior has undergone a very thorough white-glove cleaning and all curtains have been washed. All 4 jacks were recently cleaned and re-greased. They are the crank style and come with a drill bit attachment. With this attachment the jacks can be lowered from the fully raised position to the ground in about 4 seconds, and vise versa. There is also accordion style steps and tie-down turnbuckles included.
This will also be parked near the highway with a For Sale sign on it in McAllister after Labor day. I may consider a trade for a Four Wheel camper built for small pickups.
