We purchased this camper in early 2007. We have spent approximately 40 to 50 nights in it. All modifications were made by ATC. Everything works and there are no leaks. This is a standard Cougar (sink, two burner stove, icebox, etc) with the following options:

 

Fantastic Fan over bunk

Electric Water Pump

Mechanical Jacks with Brackets (Jacks are not currently on camper.)

Auxiliary Battery System - Gel battery is one year old

Awning

Rear Flood Lights

85 Watt Solar Panel with Controller

2-12 Volt Accessory Plugs

Cold Weather Pack

Roof Lifting Gas Struts

Small Window on Drivers Side

Closet at end of bench seat near door

Additional Shelves at end of bench near bunk

Screen Door

Pioneer AM/FM//CD Stereo

 

Camper is in excellent condition. Camper is located in Sacramento California.
