Interesting drop in model

19.6" H (top to bottom) x 19.6 " deep x 13.4 " wide

My camper not large enough - Should fit it a Hawk or Grandby...and the cold won't spill out when you open the door.

That's a nice looking unit. Has a really low amp draw too.

Yes - part of the reason I bought the Engle. I liked the "swing arm motor", made in Japan, low amp draw 2.5 - .point 7 ....1.5 avg,

top loader

cold doesn't fall out when door (hatch is opened). anti-vibration feature, can be 30 degrees off level and still operate.

Takes about an hour to lower the temp from 108* (Arizona in June) to 39* ...and it holds it indefinitely

Exploring in the desert Engle was the only portable I saw in my wanderings.

After 1.5  years I love it.

[HIJACK]Jay, that looks like the Green Hungarian in your (Wet Wednesday Regatta?) avatar.[/HIJACK]

We're in the market for a 2-way, I'll keep that in mind. I'm not liking the hot air exhaust vent location, but that's a simple job to re-direct it.

Those are J24's at a regatta at Dana Point. We campaigned "C.C. Rider" for 5 years pretty successfully. In Oxnard as far as Wet Weds go we very rarely lost a race. It was little different in regattas sailing against "professional sailors."
