Thanks Ski. Every morning as I read through our local news"pamphlet",that's about the size of our local paper.

I check the weather and usually DV is the hottest state and national.

I saw the 102+ temps and thought I hope Ski and Lady aren't at DV but you braved it.

The photos are as usual beautiful.

Great story and as usual, beautiful photography. I especially like seeing your use of ropes to get even further back in/up.  I'm looking forward to your next installment.

I don't know anything about climbing-I would have enjoyed those lessons too. Good photos. Looks like fun times.

Another great trip. When are you doing more rock climbing lessons?

I was out in Saline the week after. Temps had cooled a bit and were perfect. Looking forward to the rest of the story!

Ski - thanks for another really excellent trip report. Your reports from Death Valley are like having another guide book for those of us who have not gotten there yet.
