We've been happy with our used Phoenix, but I haven't been too impressed with Phoenix as a company. I met Rob & Cari near the end of OX13 and while they were pleasant they can't tell me anything about our camper because the sticker with the S/N has faded to the point of being illegible. Some of the cabinet construction is a bit flimsy, but we are at least the 3rd owners. No telling how many miles this unit has on it. Overall the build quality falls short of being an Airstream (what I grew up camping in), but that doesn't come as a big surprise as I'm used to nothing RV-wise measuring up to the quality of a pre Beatrice Foods Airstream.

At some point not too far off I expect that we will tear out the existing cabinets (at least on the left side) and rebuild them. Mostly this is due to fatigue and wear and tear, but also I expect to have to slightly re-shape the fridge enclosure when we go to a 2-way compressor fridge.
