... Ben might have to start fielding requests for these mods from potential ATC customers.

I tried that...

Mike,

That was something that the customer did on his own and not something that we have ever done. The guys will not be open to redesigning the cabinet for that one. We have everything drawn out to build the campers in a production line manner. To make changes like that customer did would literally stop production for redesign of the cabinet, searching for the correct parts and putting together.

A lot of our customers come up with some neat ideas for their campers but we are just not able to incorporate them all into a stock camper.

Sincerely,

Ben

Having the cabinet apart I also installed a standard 110V power outlet. The inverter is installed below the battery separator. The switch to turn the inverter on and off is right next to the furnace control.

I really like your kitchen table mods and that will be on my must do list. :thumb:

I have about the same inverter (Vector 1000 Watt) you do.

Did you have any problem finding the correct size input wires?

What type of switch and fuse did you use?

THANKS,
Mike

The wires were no problem, I just used the same size.

The switch is connected in parallel with the original switch that came installed with the inverter.

The fuse is still not connected, but I hope I will find soon the time to install it. There was good info on one of the threads here about this kind of wiring. I guess I have to look for it.
