Its been over a month now since I purchased my 2005 Eagle. I have done a ton of updates over the past month, and the camper is really looking good.
In a previous post I mentioned that I ran all the test and everything was working except the heater. Since then I added the following updates.
The fan was only working in one direction. I think the in/out switch is busted. So I took it apart and swapped the wires on the switch, so the air was forced out of the camper. Ill have to add a new switch later.
I ripped out the old nasty flooring and noticed some wood rot. So, I patched it up with some flex seal, but I expanded the area around the door for extra water proofing.
After removing the old flooring I noticed one of the original builders wrote "Eagle" on the floor. Super cool.
I have never installed laminate flooring before, but it was surprisingly easy to install. This laminate is waterproof and has a lifetime warranty. I also added some trim. Looks and feels great!
