The virus does not travel, people travel. If the people stay still the virus dies and does not travel.
Heard today that 6 feet may not be enough distance separation.

Sharon saw on Facebook how to turn a bandana into a cloth face mask.
Not a bad idea. We'll have fun with this.
This is either protection or we're getting ready to rob a 7-11

I haven't really gotten to experience the full extent of staying at home as I'm still working full time. Not much longer. I gave notice the other day. Seven working days to go. I'm as anxious as anyone to hit the road but but the years of putting things off have left me plenty of deferred maintenance and cleaning to do. Maybe I'll even start that heater repair in the truck I"ve been putting off. Be nice to have heat on the feet again.
Craig, moving on to something else or retiring???

As a volunteer with the TRTA we have been notified:
At this time, we have cancelled all training's and events through April. You should get notice through the TRTA very soon that this also means no volunteer trail activities are authorized until further notice.
The FS has rescinded all authorization for volunteer trail-work on the TRT. That is, we cannot do any work under our VSA, even individually. (VSA agreement means like no insurance or emergency services)
Although the trail is covered in snow, and we are predicted to get more this weekend, I want to briefly mention that at this time no volunteer trail work is authorized by the Forest Service. That includes trail assessments. So please refrain from any volunteer activities on the TRT at this time.

A hint perhaps. Craig- now you can stay instead of having to run back to Sac all the time, right in the middle of an adventure. When things open it may be time for Riley to meet my Timber Dog for an adventure or two! Retirement is great!!!
