Rob as the saying goes,"...you haven't seen anything yet".
Glad to hear from you.Now enjoy the ocean part of the trip.
Hope the captain takes the ferry into the Hoonah/Pelican area like he did with our route.
They have some time to kill and use that area for training.
Enjoy the next port Yakutat.

Coming out of the woods today in Idaho to a huge backlog of bills, emails, etc of the modern world. I have been pretty good at keeping up the blog I set up by using wifi at ranger stations or at libraries. It is a blog for the friend and family and want to say I have been formulating a proper trip report for those on WTW that applies to the details about gear, 60 days in a camper, what worked and didn't... routes , must sees, and good boondocks sites. I will, after getting home in 10 days and catching up with chores and the backlog of client jobs backed up for two months, write out a final summary. In a few words I can say it has been a great learning experience and a wildly fun time. Truly a trip of a lifetime and I could not have been prepared as I was without the help of the WTW folks....so much help and encouragement. I feel like I have just joined a great like minded folk in finding and enjoying the backwoods world in this camper. Could not have gone where we did inane other way.

Thanks Frank and JD. we were lucky to get both the oil change and suspension work done in a day due to a break in their schedule so we hit the slab a day early tomorrow. If you want to see photos from the blog you can skip over all the writing and see some shots here at:
http://alaskan-yukon...ip.blogspot.com
The trip report will be mostly details rather than photos... amazing how much time it takes to post photos as one needs to reduce the file size one by one.
(unless I am unaware of how to do it on the site in a faster way.... "Two Bobs "report was quite involved must have taken awhile!
